The Whicher Range field Retention Lease (R8) is located in onshore Southern Perth basin in Australia. It contains a significant discovered and undeveloped gas resources. The Retention Lease (R8) license has a five-year term which is coming up for renewal in 2027. The licence is in good standing and and current activities are focussed on monitoring and maintaining the recently rehabilitated  and revegetated exploration well sites known as Whicher Range-1 and Whicher Range-4.
