Dhiman is the Asset Manager for Upstream at CalEnergy, where he drives the strategic value and growth of the company’s upstream portfolio.

He joined CalEnergy in 2018 as Subsurface Manager. In that role, he led the functional assurance of subsurface activities across the UK, Australia, and Poland.

A geoscientist by trade, Dhiman brings over 25 years of international experience spanning the entire upstream life cycle, from new ventures through to production. Prior to CalEnergy, he held key operated and non-operated roles at E.ON E&P, Nexen, BG Group, and Enron Oil and Gas.

Dhiman is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mumbai, holding a Master of Science in Applied Geology and a Master of Technology in Geo-Exploration. Dedicated to industry advancement and community service, he actively contributes to the London Petrophysical Society and serves as a Local Authority School Governor in the UK.
