What chemicals have been used in your operations at Whicher Range to date?

We have operated to a Department of Mines and Petroleum accepted Environment Plan for all our activities at Whicher Range and this includes chemicals used in our operations. Our chemicals register utilised during our operations during 2013 to 2015 is attached.

These chemicals were specifically for conventional drilling and production process management, for example, methanol – an alcohol, as an anti-freezing agent (common also in standard cars), and which is used across the oil and gas process industry to manage the low temperatures in gas processing that occur when the gas expands or the pressure drops.
